• Understand the psychology of why we are attracted to certain people
• Learn how to turn an existing relationship into a Sacred Relationship
• Learn three communication skills to increase intimacy
• Identify factors that have contributed to repeating harmful patterns in your life
• Acquire an understanding of PEA (the attraction chemical) which can confuse people in the area of "is this love or not?"
• Learn constructive and healthy methods for resolving conflict and expressing anger
• Define the qualities of your ideal Sacred Relationship
• Learn how childhood wounds affect your choice of partners
• Identify the four phases of relationships
• Learn how your relationship or potential relationship can be a source of emotional and spiritual healing
• Recognize how programming from our past creates dynamics, positive or negative, in our relationships and how to break out of challenging patterns
• Learn the Five Love Languages and how to identify your own and others: Plus how to use the love languages for deepening trust and respect in your relationships.

* During 1 1/2 and 2 day workshops, participants receive an extensive reference manual and other workshop materials.
